1. Scope and Governing Agreements
Fleet King Federal ("Service") is operated by Scape-Ology LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") at fkfederal.com. These website terms describe general use of the site and Service, subject to applicable law and the agreement governing a particular engagement.
For federal engagements, the executed contract, its incorporated clauses and order-of-precedence provisions, applicable federal law, and authorized agency requirements control. These website terms apply only to the extent consistent with that framework. For other customers, a signed agreement governs any conflict with these terms.
Accessing the website, creating an account, or accepting a click-through does not by itself authorize a federal purchase, commit appropriated funds, waive government rights, or amend a contract. Contract commitments require properly authorized representatives.
2. Description of Service
Fleet King Federal provides AI-assisted tools for asset and maintenance records, cost analysis, document extraction, work orders, vendor coordination, lifecycle planning, and reporting. It is intended for authorized personnel of federal agencies, contractors, and service organizations.
The capabilities, integrations, supported data categories, deployment environment, and service levels delivered in an engagement are those specified in its executed agreement.
3. Engagements, Fees, and Payment
All Fleet King Federal engagements are individually scoped and priced through a duly authorized written agreement. No public subscription prices apply.
Scope, contract value, implementation, migration, integrations, hosting, support, invoicing, payment milestones, renewal, and other commercial terms must be established in a duly authorized written agreement. A website inquiry or demonstration does not create a payment obligation. Federal payment and funding provisions are governed by the applicable contract and law.
4. Accounts and Authorized Access
Access is provisioned for an approved organization and engagement. Users must provide accurate information, use only assigned permissions, safeguard credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share credentials or grant access outside your authority.
Account registration alone does not grant access to a customer’s records or establish authority to bind an agency or organization.
5. Permitted Use and Data Categories
Use the Service only for authorized activities within the governing agreement and applicable law. Do not intentionally submit fraudulent records, introduce malicious code, defeat access controls, misuse another organization’s data, or infringe third-party rights. Demonstration or test records must be clearly identified.
Do not upload classified information, controlled unclassified information, or other restricted data unless the specific deployment and agreement expressly permit it. Follow agency instructions and use only approved integrations and processing environments.
6. Customer Data and Data Rights
Customer ownership and government rights in supplied records and deliverables are preserved, subject to applicable law and the executed agreement. Submission of data permits only the processing needed to perform the authorized service; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying records to Scape-Ology LLC.
Users must have authority to submit records, including information concerning vendors, personnel, or other organizations. Rights in technical data, software, outputs, exports, and contract deliverables are determined by the governing contract and applicable incorporated clauses.
7. AI Processing and Human Review
The federal version is designed around OpenAI processing through a deployment-specific integration. The approved AI service, processing scope, and data controls must be specified for the engagement. AI-generated extraction, summaries, cost analysis, and recommendations may contain errors or omit context.
Authorized personnel must review material findings and verify source records before procurement, financial, maintenance, safety, or other consequential action. Outputs do not replace required inspections, engineering judgment, approvals, or agency decision-making. Contractual performance obligations remain governed by the executed agreement.
8. Platform and Third-Party Rights
Scape-Ology LLC retains its rights in its pre-existing software, designs, trademarks, and other proprietary platform materials, subject to rights granted in the governing agreement. OpenAI models and other third-party software remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and applicable licenses.
Use of the platform does not transfer ownership of these materials. Government license and deliverable rights are established through the applicable contract. Do not copy or reverse engineer proprietary components except as permitted by applicable law or the governing agreement.
9. Confidentiality and Required Disclosures
Handling of confidential, procurement-sensitive, or otherwise protected information follows the executed agreement and applicable law. Confidentiality commitments do not override lawful agency disclosure duties, public-records obligations, authorized audits, or required disclosures.
Provider and support access must remain within the permissions established for the engagement. Personal information and operational processing are also addressed in the Privacy Policy, subject to the governing agreement.
10. Security and Service Commitments
Required security controls, deployment boundaries, incident reporting, availability, support, and service levels must be documented in the agreement. No FedRAMP authorization, agency authorization to operate, DoD impact level, or other certification is represented solely by these website terms or the Fleet King Federal brand.
A provider’s authorization does not establish authorization for the complete application. Suitability for a particular workload must be established for its actual deployment.
11. Warranties, Liability, and Government Obligations
Warranties, remedies, responsibility for performance, limitations of liability, and any authorized risk allocation are governed by the executed agreement and applicable law. These website terms do not impose a separate liability cap, blanket warranty waiver, or indemnity obligation on a federal agency or its authorized users.
No provision may require an unauthorized government obligation, waive sovereign immunity, or override mandatory statutory or contractual remedies. Any applicable federal restrictions on supplier terms remain controlling.
12. Term, Suspension, and Transition
Duration, renewal, termination, permitted suspension, and any notice or cure requirements follow the applicable agreement and law. Account access may be restricted as authorized by that agreement or required by law, including to respond to a security incident.
Data retention, return, export, deletion, and transition assistance follow contractual requirements, agency records schedules, and preservation obligations. These terms do not establish automatic deletion after a fixed period or a right to terminate an agency contract outside its governing provisions.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
For federal engagements, applicable federal law and the dispute procedures and forum specified by the governing contract control. These website terms do not require a federal agency to submit exclusively to Missouri courts or waive statutory procedures.
For non-federal engagements, the signed agreement establishes governing law and dispute procedures. Where no agreement applies, these terms are governed by Missouri law to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Changes
We may update public website terms and notify users of material revisions. Changes to an executed agreement, including scope, fees, data processing, and service obligations, require the authorization and modification process specified by that agreement. Continued website use does not alone amend a federal contract.
